1. Eligibility and Accounts
The Service is intended for a general audience. You must be at least the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction (generally 13 in the United States and up to 16 in parts of the EEA) to create an account. If you are a minor under the age of majority, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Certain mature-rated titles require you to confirm you are 18 or older.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@outlandish.tv if you suspect any unauthorized use.
Your account is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share your credentials, sell or transfer your account, or use the Service on behalf of any third party except as expressly permitted by us in writing.
2. The Service and Our Content
Outlandish.TV is a curated channel of AI-generated, short-form vertical (9:16) dramas focused on LGBTQ+ storytelling. Our catalog, release cadence, and individual titles may change, be added, or be removed at any time at our discretion.
AI-Generated Content Disclosure. You acknowledge that content on the Service is created using generative artificial intelligence tools and curated by our team. Characters, voices, likenesses, settings, and events are fictional and AI-generated. Any resemblance to real persons or actual events is coincidental and unintended unless expressly stated.
3. Free Episodes, Purchases, and Subscriptions
The first five (5) episodes of each series are available to watch for free. We may change the number of free episodes or which titles offer them at any time.
- Single-episode purchase. Purchase individual episodes for a one-time price, granting a limited license to stream that episode through your account for as long as it remains available.
- Monthly subscription. A recurring monthly plan providing access to the channel's subscription catalog.
- Annual subscription. A recurring yearly plan offering the same access, typically at a lower effective price.
Prices are displayed at checkout and may vary by country, currency, and platform. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. We may change our prices at any time; for subscriptions, changes apply at your next renewal after notice.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Except where required by applicable law, all purchases and subscription fees are non-refundable, including partially used periods and individually purchased episodes already made available. Consumers in certain jurisdictions (including the EU and UK) may have statutory withdrawal rights; nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
Unless stated otherwise, a free trial converts into a paid subscription that auto-renews at the standard price when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then.
4. License to Stream
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and stream content solely for your personal, non-commercial viewing through the interfaces we provide. This is a license to stream, not a sale — you do not own any content.
5. Content Ratings and Parental Controls
We assign content ratings to titles and provide parental controls where available. You are responsible for using these tools to make choices appropriate for you and any minors in your household. Mature-rated titles require additional confirmation of age.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Copy, download, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content;
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any digital rights management or security feature;
- Use any robot, scraper, or automated means to access or harvest the Service;
- Share, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit your account or any content;
- Upload or transmit any virus, malware, or other harmful code;
- Use the Service to harass, threaten, defame, or infringe the rights of others;
- Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and all content, software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to Terra Brasilis and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. "Outlandish.TV" and our logos may not be used without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
8. User Feedback
If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you.
9. Third-Party Services and App Stores
The Service may rely on or link to third parties, including payment processors and app stores. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. If you access the Service through an app store, that platform's rules regarding purchases, subscriptions, and refunds may also apply.
10. Changes to the Service and These Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if your conduct may harm us, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends.

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL TERRA BRASILIS OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Terra Brasilis and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
15. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration
Except where prohibited by applicable law, you and Terra Brasilis agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and we waive any right to a jury trial and agree that disputes will be brought only in an individual capacity and not as part of a class action. Consumers in the EU, UK, and other jurisdictions retain any non-waivable rights to bring claims in their local courts.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the arbitration provision, the state and federal courts located in New York, NY will have jurisdiction over any disputes not subject to arbitration.
17. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any purchase-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
